The eleven statements are the Salvation Army doctrines, signed Thursday, March 27, 1930 at Clapton Congress Hall by International Staff, including: The General, The Chief of the Staff, The British Commissioner, Commissioner Charles Sowton, Commissioner David C. Lamb, Commissioner A.R. Blowers, Commissioner Catherine Booth, Commissioner Charles H. Jeffries, Lt. Commissioner George J. Jolliffe, Lt. Commissioner George Langdon. On the reverse of the backing is a printed drawing of a girl standing in a field with sheep.
